Returns – New Bicycles, any new itemBicycles (and anything purchased) must be returned in the condition that it was when it was purchased and left the store, withing 15 days. All items are subject to a restocking fee based on condition. Any change in condition will be deducted for the price. At least 20% will be deducted for restocking, up to 100% no refund, based on condition.Returns – Used Bicycles, NO RETURN

RETURNS – Return PolicyPlease read our “Return Policy” for complete return instructions.We have a 15 day return policy. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back (return and outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility). All items must have original tags included on the product. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). You are responsible for all shipping charges. Merchandise returned that appears used or that have passed the 15 day return time, will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels, or custom items are not returnable. Returns over $50 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

We ask that if you need to return any item purchased from us, that you give us a call at 1-708-524-2660 and let us know when to expect the item. Please include this form filled out with the information below, a copy of the receipt as well as a short note letting us know the reason for the return. (Note: If the item(s) returned came from a group or package price, the refund will be less than the list price.)Once we receive the product, a credit for the product will be issued through your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal or credit through Amazon). Return shipping and original outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility. If you are requesting a product exchange, outgoing shipping charges will apply.

You must package the products properly. Barnard’s Cyclery is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during return transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for credit. Barnard’s Cyclery is not responsible for any lost packages during return shipping. We recommend that customers obtain insurance and receipts for any packages returned to us.
