|Returns – New Bicycles, any new itemBicycles (and anything purchased) must be returned in the condition that it was when it was purchased and left the store, withing 15 days. All items are subject to a restocking fee based on condition. Any change in condition will be deducted for the price. At least 20% will be deducted for restocking, up to 100% no refund, based on condition.Returns – Used Bicycles, NO RETURN

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back (return and outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility). All items must have original tags included on the product. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). You are responsible for all shipping charges. Merchandise returned that appears used or that have passed the 15 day return time, will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels, or custom items are not returnable. Returns over $50 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.
